How to seek Nature’s Help When in crisis

Do you feel Stuck at times, unable to take a decision by thinking?
Do you feel, your every act leads to the undesired? More you push, more the undesired.
Do you feel you are unable to sustain the momentum of growth?
Do you feel relationships are getting sour?
Do you feel you are being dragged into a conflict ?
 ....... and so on

Does Nature Provide Help and guidance ?
Nature provides Guidance, if we feel that nature has the wisdom and empathy to guide us and we are ready to seek guidance.
We read in the Tao Te Ching:

“Man follows the laws of earth;
Earth follows the laws of heaven;
Heaven follows the laws of Tao;
Tao follows the laws of its intrinsic nature “
And law of intrinsic nature is continuous change.   Nothing is constant here. Any effort to cling to a state or situation is not possible.

 How to Make Sense of Continuous Change
When our conscious thinking mind is unable to help us find a solution. Great Psychologist Carl Jung  and  Fritz of Capra a great scientist and author of Tao of Physics  advises us to seek  the help of  unconscious and collective unconscious , which have all the information which our conscious mind is unaware of.
Carl Jung and Capra advise us to seek help from three thousand years old Chinese Book of Changes known as I Ching which had been used as an oracle to seek guidance in times of crisis by millions of people from east and west both.

Can an oracle like I Ching Guide us
Jung Says
I Ching is more closely connected with the unconscious than with the rational attitude of consciousness… The I Ching insists upon self-knowledge throughout. The method by which this is to be achieved appropriate only for thoughtful and reflective people who like to think about what they do and what happens to them...
One cannot easily disregard such Great minds as Confucius and Lao-tse, if one is at all able to appreciate the quality of the thoughts they represent; much less can one overlook the fact that the I Ching was their main source of inspiration.

My study of " Book of Changes - I Ching" for the last many years and seeking guidance for many in their times of crisis has convinced me of its great help  for our times of fast change, to seek guidance for our conduct in such times.
